It’s just a couple of weeks, by now, till the New York Fashion Week, one of the most awaited events among stylists, buyers, journalists and attendees. New York is part of the famous Big4, next to London, Milan and Paris. These four towns are connected to each other with a thin line: I’m referring to the “fashion” line that, every year, in just one week, manages to impose law in the matter of fashion, establishing the seasonal trends and presenting the most fashionable colors, models and specialties.  This year’s New York Fashion Week holds a particular meaning for me, as it will be the first one I’ll be able to attend. As a matter of fact I won’t miss any of the runway shows that are taking place from the 8th to the 15th of Sempteber and I will also take place to all of the events I was invited to. I’ll keep you posted with frequent real-time information and will reveal what happens in the backstage. But, as I was saying earlier, the fashion shows are just a tiny aspect of the New York Fashion Week. Just like every year, several events, meetings and VIP parties are on the agenda. While waiting for the definitive schedule, I have a first indiscretion to reveal: Tom Ford will open the week with a behind close-doors fashion show that will take place on September the 7th and will only be attended by a small amount of lucky guests.
