It’s almost Christmas, and in the blink of an eye it’ll be Spring. I’m already thinking about when heat will slowly bring several changes, mostly in our closet. Let’s start getting ready for Spring Summer 2017 trends. Your key words will be: courage, change, femininity and a bit of exhibitionism. The most famous brands are already introducing during some incredible news during their shows. For example, maxi earrings. Colorful, precious and outstanding, like those offered by Delpozo’s new collection.

The mood is strongly 70’s and hippy inspired, like in these clothed earrings by Vanina (clothed earrings will be a must-have) or classical earrings, reminding the shape of a planet, like the ones by Maria Black, either in black or golden rhodium. Moreover, let’s talk about stripes.
We’ve seen them on every catwalk. The most incredible example? This Miu Miu’s furr, a wonderful exaggeration. Stripes will be very fashionable on dresses too, and, even though for a while this pattern had vanished even from bathing suits and sarongs, those of you who like it will be able to enjoy it next summer, with incredible models like this great one by Missoni. Next spring will have another main character: your waist.
It’ll be strongly emphasized and enhanced thanks to belts, that can either be in the same color of your dress, or can be bordered ones, over-sized ones or with metallic elements (like this marvelous one by Balmain), high-waisted ones, pastel pink ones with golden edges or even actual corsets. You can wear them on comfortable and colorful skirts or even buy pieces which already have them incorporated, like this nice brocade-made skirt by Etro. Finally, I want to talk to you about one more trend: unexpected transparency.

It was Gucci that introduced this trend, for example with this nice pink organza top, that you could maybe match with this skirt, if you feel daring, but even romantic and rétro.
